EXETER, NH – Hay Creek Hotels announced that it is expanding its existing relationship with US Hotels Group, which has purchased the Carlyle Group interest in the Wolfeboro Inn in Wolfeboro, NH. Hay Creek Hotels will continue to manage the property, with all management personnel remaining in place. Additionally, Hay Creek Hotels will retain an equity interest in the hotel following the acquisition.

The move marks the continuation of a very successful partnership between Hay Creek Hotels and US Hotels Group initially formed in late 2012 with the joint acquisition of The Orchards Hotel in Williamstown, MA and The Centennial Hotel in Concord, NH. Each hotel has grown tremendously in recent years and is recognized as a leader in New England boutique hospitality.
