hihotels by Hospitality International launches Advisory Council

Seven-member group will help shape the company’s direction.

ATLANTA – hihotels by Hospitality International, a recognized leader in franchising of conversion and new build hotels for economy lodging, announce the formation of its first-ever Advisory Council. The group is comprised of five franchisees, a vendor representative and President & CEO Chris Guimbellot (representing the corporate team).

The Advisory Council will meet once a quarter (starting March 31) via a videoconference to help shape the future direction of the franchise system. In addition to soliciting feedback on current initiatives, the Council will discuss and take a proactive stance on hot button issues currently facing the industry.

“Launching the Advisory Council is another important step in attaining our goal of becoming the best choice for economy hotel franchising. We will be relying on the Council’s input and ideas on hihotels programs and initiatives, as well as ways to maximize franchisees’ ROI potential. I can’t wait to get started,” said Guimbellot.
