In addition, The Pubbelly Group, an acclaimed South Beach restaurant team, has opened its most recent outpost at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach.
L’echon Brasserie will feature fine French cuisine with a menu developed by James Beard Award semifinalist for ‘Best Chef South’ Jose Mendin and his Pubbelly Group partners, Andreas Schreiner and Sergio Navarro, that incorporates global ingredients and cooking techniques.
