Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town announce new Cluster Commercial Director

Educated in the International University of Applied Sciences, Bad Honnef, Germany and University of Brighton, Eastbourne, England, Lennart has over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry.

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC – Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town are proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Lennart Jayawardena as Cluster Commercial Director. Originally from Germany, Lennart is transferring from Croatia, Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa.

“I am looking forward to working together with such a truly professional and ambitious team as we have in Prague. My aim is to continue the good work which has been done in the past and to steer both properties into an ongoing successful future. My focus will be to further strengthen the position of Hilton Prague as the leading European business hotel and to keep up the great performance and brand recognition Hilton Prague Old Town has achieved.” said Lennart Jayawardena.

Educated in the International University of Applied Sciences, Bad Honnef, Germany and University of Brighton, Eastbourne, England, Lennart has over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry. He has been with Hilton for nine years and has worked as Commercial Director at Hilton Astana, Kazakhstan and most recently as Commercial Director at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa, Croatia.

Lennart’s native language is German and he speaks English fluently. He appreciates the gastronomic scene and tries to explore through travel as much as possible.
