HKS Hospitality Group appoints leading architect, Chin Lim, as Vice President Chin Lim, HKS

Chin Lim’s previous work includes Ritz-Carlton Tamuda Bay, Morocco; Hilton Albion Bay, Mauritius; Viceroy Quinta da Ombria, Portugal; Movenpick Abuja, Nigeria; a confidential five-star hotel in Morocco; and Raffles Cargills, Sri Lanka.

LONDON – HKS Hospitality Group, the global architecture practice internationally recognised for its creative design and collaborative approach, announces the appointment of Chin Lim as Vice President. Previously of WATG, Chin brings his near-20 years’ experience creating award-winning hotels and resorts around the globe to HKS where he is specialising in hospitality design.

Chin’s previous work includes Ritz-Carlton Tamuda Bay, Morocco; Hilton Albion Bay, Mauritius; Viceroy Quinta da Ombria, Portugal; Movenpick Abuja, Nigeria; a confidential five-star hotel in Morocco; and Raffles Cargills, Sri Lanka. Now, having joined HKS, he is contributing to high-profile projects such as Four Seasons Bodrum; a new wellness spa for the Leela Goa; and an additional hotel, retail walk, restaurant and sports centre at the Falkensteiner Hotel & Residences in Punta Skala, Croatia.
