Hotel Equities awarded Management of Element Moline, adding to its expanding Midwest portfolio

ATLANTA – Hotel owner, operator and developer, Hotel Equities, just announced its assumption of management for the Element Moline, IL. The downtown hotel, owned by Moline Promenade Investors, LLC, is an exciting addition to Hotel Equities’ expanding portfolio of properties in the Midwest.
