It means that they appreciate our effort to create an authentic travel experience along with delivering a high standard of service within a luxury hotel,” says General Manager Ilka Karl.

A new boutique hotel of 68 rooms and suites, the hotel has been designed to blend in with the Calatrava neighborhood. Located on a prominent corner above the fortified walls of Baluard Es Princep, a bulwark created by Prince Felipe, it is ideally in the historic center of Palma. The hotel creates a feeling of ethereal airiness from its formidable perch above the city. The rooftop terrace, Almaq, offers breathtaking panoramas at any time of day.

Dining is an exciting adventure at Es Princep: award-winning Chef Andreu Genestra has translated his passion for local Mallorcan cooking into dishes that showcase both his knack for tradition and his innovative spirit at Mura and Bala Roja. Cocktail aficionados revel in the well-crafted mixtures at Gremium where creative mixologists perform acts of wizardry every night behind the bar. Es Princep’s Coco Spa Oasis, is a haven for sybarites looking to unwind after days spent exploring the beauty of Palma.
