Hotel Westland, the luxury boutique hotel, restaurant, and rooftop bar opens at RailSpur in Seattle in Spring 2025.
Developed by Urban Villages, a leading real estate developer and environmental steward, and managed by Aparium Hotel Group (both of which are behind Populus, opening in Denver on October 15), the 120-room hotel will feature historic character maintained from its original 1907 building, modern guest rooms and amenities, Pioneer Square’s first rooftop bar with views of Puget Sound and the Seattle skyline, and a signature restaurant. The artful hotel will also feature architecture by The Miller Hull Partnership, interiors by Curioso, and a robust collection of 328 Pacific Northwest-inspired works curated by ARTXIV – all of which are fueled by an authentic connection to community and Seattle’s deep-rooted history.

Upon opening, Hotel Westland will anchor the RailSpur micro-district, a block of adaptive reuse buildings that has become a lively community and cultural hub within the Pioneer Square neighborhood. RailSpur encompasses three historic buildings – including Hotel Westland – and the alleyways that run between them, which includes the newly announced Death & Co cocktail bar and three Sea Creatures restaurants, also opening in 2025.
