IDeaS joins forces with RaspberrySky to help hotels optimize revenue opportunities

IDeaS Revenue Optimization, the leading provider of hospitality revenue management and optimization solutions and services, and RaspberrySky, the UK-based specialist in providing distribution consulting services for the hospitality industry, announced the launch of Revenue Optimization Insight. Revenue Optimization Insight is a revenue management, pricing and distribution consulting service for the hospitality industry. It combines IDeaS’ global expertise in revenue management, pricing and forecasting with RaspberrySky’s unparalleled insight in electronic distribution, providing hoteliers worldwide with a 360-degree view of their revenue optimization opportunities.

“It is difficult in these times for hotels, regardless of their demand situation, to achieve successful performance without best of breed revenue optimization practices. Revenue Optimization Insight is based around three key stages: a detailed and thorough on-site process audit, a remote distribution audit and an optional performance data analysis. The outcome of the evaluation is a Revenue Roadmap, which details the findings and recommendations to ensure all revenue opportunities are optimized. Areas of a hotel’s revenue management structure that are reviewed during the consulting process include data tracking and analysis, market segmentation, forecasting, yield management and culture, sales processes, distribution channels and pricing, among others.
