Imlauer Hotels welcomes a new world of guests with SiteMinder

Using SiteMinder’s technology, Imlauer Hotels can now market and sell its rooms on 350 of the world’s top hotel booking channels.

LONDON, UK – Austria’s Imlauer Hotels announces it has appointed the global hotel industry’s leading cloud platform, SiteMinder, to provide the technology it needs to broaden its visibility to guests online. Imlauer Hotels consists of four, four-star properties located in Salzburg and Vienna, which ranked among Europe’s top 10 destinations in 2017 as measured by international arrivals.

Using SiteMinder’s technology, Imlauer Hotels can now market and sell its rooms on 350 of the world’s top hotel booking channels. The increased reach gives the hotel group the opportunity to boost reservations and revenue, and attract larger segments of both the corporate and leisure markets it caters for.

“SiteMinder has helped to create and enhance our presence in many markets. Without their technology, filling and managing 300 rooms becomes far more complex and time-consuming, and we lower our chances of getting in front of the guests we know are searching for the local charm and Austrian hospitality that our properties offer,” says Imlauer Hotels’ assistant general manager, Daniel Zwieb.

“Austria offers so much to the millions of tourists that visit the country each year, and we couldn’t be more pleased to support Imlauer Hotels in opening their doors more widely to this audience,” says Clemens Fisch, Regional Manager – DACH at SiteMinder.
