Increasing spa facilities

In addition to certain cruise companies discovering that spa and health treatments may outgain bar and other offering on board, more and more hotels are installing health facilities and offering special bookable packages.

Among these are the Regent Wall Street Hotel in New York City, Le Meridien<.> Limassol in Cyprus, several near the Dead Sea (featuring the famed mud baths and thalassotherapy), and resort hotel in the Berkshires Mountains and West Virgina in the U.S.

Le Meridien in Cyprus is a new $7 million spa, offering algaeltherapy, fangotherapy, wrinkle removal and body wraps.
