Visitors to Dublin are already familiar with DoubleTree by Hilton’s famous warm welcome and freshly baked chocolate chip cookie at check-in, thanks to the successful opening of The Morrison, a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on Ormond Quay, and we’re proud to bring yet another of Ireland’s most renowned hotel addresses to our brand.”

The hotel’s restaurant options have undergone a complete overhaul with the new Sussex restaurant forming an open, spacious dining area created for the service of the brand’s Wake up DoubleTree Breakfast. Executive chef, Tony O’Donnell, is devising a new culinary vision that will be modern, with a strong emphasis on the use of local produce.

Future conversion plans for the Mespil Bar will see it transformed into an executive lounge and the famous Bellini’s Bar will be renamed the B Bar, in homage to the hotel’s history.

This is a new era for the hotel and we are confident that both regular and new guests will be hugely impressed.”
