Ireland's Parknsilla Resort & Spa reopens March 7

Dining
After a full day of activities, your hunger may be piqued. Unwind in one of Parknasilla’s many dining options. Pygmalion Restaurant, named after the play by George Bernard Shaw, combines the culinary traditions of Ireland with a distinctly modern influence, featuring freshly caught seafood and locally grown ingredients, some from Parknasilla’s own garden. For a more casual setting, get cozy in Doolittle’s Bar (named after Pygmalion’s main character) for an array of light fare and traditional tea service.
