John Paul named National Award Winner for “Growth Strategy of the Year”

Recognition by The European Business Awards in France reflects company’s continued commitment to innovation and global growth.

NEW YORK, NY – John Paul, the premier digitally-enabled customer loyalty and concierge service, announced it was named one of 11 National Winners from 148 businesses representing the Ones to Watch in France. The awards were presented at an exclusive event held at the Cercle National des Armees in Paris by The European Business Awards, Europe’s largest business competition.

John Paul supports high-end concierge services as part of customer loyalty programs for corporate clients across the banking, luxury, technology, automotive and hospitality sectors. The news comes on the heels of John Paul’s continued growth across North America as the first digitally enabled concierge. Earlier this month, John Paul announced the appointment of Michael Roque as General Manager, Toronto. Amber Treshnell joined John Paul as Chief Executive Officer, Americas last year.

John Paul was chosen by a panel of independent judges including senior business leaders, politicians and academics as the best in their country in the Awards’ category of “ELITE Award for Growth Strategy of the Year.” They will now go on to represent their country in this category in the final stage of the competition.

“This award recognizes and rewards our ongoing pursuit of excellence and personalization in our services, and our investment in integrating new and innovative technologies,” said David Amsellem, John Paul’s Founder. “I would like to thank and congratulate all of our teams globally who work hand in hand daily to achieve this exceptional growth. We are very proud to have won this award.”

The National Winners from each country will face further judging in their chosen category, and the final Category Winners will be announced at the European Business Awards Gala Final in Warsaw, Poland on 23rd May 2018.

The European Business Awards is now in its 11th year and its primary purpose is to support the development of a stronger and more successful business community throughout Europe. Last year it engaged with over 33,000 businesses from 34 countries. Sponsors and partners include RSM, ELITE and PR Newswire.

John Paul merged with American company LesConcierges in 2015 and was acquired by AccorHotels in November 2016.
