Currently undergoing a $10 million renovation Kauai Sands Hotel will be changing its name. Effective 1st July 2014 Kauai Sands will be renamed as Kauai Shores – an Aqua Hotel.

The 206-room hotels sits on six acres of lush lawns and tropical gardens. The secluded white sand beach fronting the hotel, a choice of two outdoor swimming pools and a private Oceanside jogging path gives plenty of opportunity to enjoy the weather and environment Kauai offers.

Additionally there are free yoga classes occur three times a week and the hotel offers laundry facilities, ATM and poolside BBQ grills for guests use.
Kauai Shores is conveniently located in Wailua on the east Kauai Royal Coconut Coast, just two miles from the historic Kapaa Town.
