Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest has launched its new facility – The Kitchen

The Kitchen can accommodate creative coffee breaks with chef interaction to add an engaging dimension to downtime between meeting sessions.

BUDAPEST – Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest has launched its new facility The Kitchen in the foyer on the events level of the hotel as part of its Meetings & Incentives programme. Complete with a state-of-the-art, fully operational stove and countertop, as well as interactive engagement with Kempinski Corvinus’ master chefs, The Kitchen offers exclusive and dedicated space to create and experience a 21st-century gastronomic lifestyle in a functionally refurbished and tastefully decorated dining and lounge area. It is conveniently located next to the meeting rooms, benefitting from the natural light that the glass rooftop affords. It is ideal for culinary-themed events and interactive coffee breaks.

The Kitchen can accommodate creative coffee breaks with chef interaction to add an engaging dimension to downtime between meeting sessions. Creative show-kitchen parties employ a master chef who prepares and presents seasonal menus in the company of delegates in an entertaining and informative environment.

Cookery master classes are designed to specifically hone culinary skills in themed ways, such as Bubble Burger, Chef’s Table, A Healthy Way of Life, Perfect Party Food as Easy as It Can Be, Bistro Cuisine, Arab Cuisine, Russian Cuisine, Breakfast Secrets and Wines in The Kitchen. The Kitchen is also available to rent for private parties, complete with a chef, serving staff and the ingredients your menu requires. The Kitchen is also ideal as a pre-dinner location for over 40 guests with the ballroom serving as the dinner venue. Other functions include the pop-up kitchen and mini-kitchen, specifically designed to accommodate children’s parties.

“Kempinski Corvinus has always been at the forefront of the hotel industry and experience-focused event management,” said Stephan Interthal, general manager of the hotel. “The Kitchen fits perfectly with our Gastronomic Quarter Downtown Budapest, which brought a vanguard culinary concept to our portfolio. It allows us to introduce the world of professional cuisine preparation to meetings and events by engaging our master chefs and the delegates in an easy-going and informal, gastronomically inspired setting. The Kitchen, I believe, will be another successful element in what we consider a creative, 360° event management operation.”
