Predictive analytics and machine learning allow owners to automate pricing strategies to save time and increase profits.
Lodgify, the cloud-based vacation rental software, has announced its latest integration with PriceLabs, a leading dynamic pricing and yield management software for the short-term rental industry. The connection works by importing smart prices from PriceLabs into Lodgify accounts. From Lodgify, prices are sent to users’ websites, plus any third-party distribution channels they are listing on – such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia.
“Smart pricing is one of the most requested features from our customers,” said Alex Boiscommun, head of Customer Success at Lodgify. “We’re thrilled to provide advanced tools which make our customers’ businesses thrive. Dynamic prices, particularly across multiple channels, are a proven strategy which increases occupancy and gives owners a competitive advantage,” he added.
Lodgify’s browser-based software offers a complete solution for vacation rental owners and managers. It allows them to build a professional website, connect with the top booking portals and manage all their reservations centrally. The growing directory of apps that Lodgify integrates with is a clear signal of the company’s ongoing dedication to providing business owners with a comprehensive toolkit to get started and increase their bookings.
“I’ve spent hours and hours testing and tinkering to devise a methodology that consistently delivers on pricing – and quite frankly, I’ve failed miserably every time,” commented Peter Considine, owner of Quintessential Quarters in Dubai. “Kudos to the Lodgify team for recognizing the power of the PriceLabs offering and partnering with them. It’s a tremendous value add when technology works without a hitch,” he continued.
All users can now activate the PriceLabs integration from inside their Lodgify account.
