The group purchased a 68.3% stake in the firm Colossos AE, which owns 2.5 hectares of seafront land on which it plans to build a five-star, 400-room hotel. It also owns a 6.8-hectare property on which it plans to erect luxury village-style accommodation.
The Colossos Beach, located on 4.5 hectares in Faliraki, has,742 rooms, three pools, three bars, three restaurants, cafes, stores, a hairdresser, beauty centre, spa, gym, children`s club, snack bar and a theatre.
