Loveland’s first downtown hotel announces opening date

Marriott’s classic Select brand finds new home in Loveland’s Foundry redevelopment.

LOVELAND, CO – Downtown Loveland’s first hotel has announced it is set to open today, Wednesday, July 31, 2019. The TownPlace Suites by Marriott, is located at 256 E 2nd Street within The Foundry redevelopment. TownePlace Suites is the premier choice for extended stays, offering both convenience and innovative styles.

The opening announcement was made by the hotel’s operator, Concord Hospitality, and ownership, Brinkman and Colmena Group.

“With the redevelopment of The Foundry, we saw a great opportunity for this new location in downtown Loveland,” said Jay Hardy, Brinkman President. “This area is a destination for both locals and visitors. Our goal is to provide a distinct downtown lodging experience in the middle of all that Loveland has to offer.”

TownePlace Suites is known for offering accommodations to make guests feel at home while traveling. The spacious suites feature home-inspired amenities, including fully-equipped kitchens, larger public spaces and purpose-driven home offices. Large HDTV’s and plush beds with luxe linens allow guests to comfortably relax. The hotel includes 102 rooms as well as an indoor pool, a fitness center and 1,000 square feet of accommodating meeting spaces. Visitors will enjoy a modern lobby with a welcoming fireplace and outdoor patio with awnings and a fire pit.  As the only hotel in downtown Loveland, the TownePlace Suites caters to the needs of all travelers, including tourists and business travels.
