Luxury hotel brand Calcot Hotels introduces Sidona Group’s Service Leadership Training Programme

The Calcot Hotel’s Academy is a five-levelled training programme available to members of the team from all departments and across all businesses. Sidona will be delivering the Level 4 Service Leadership stage throughout 2013.

Independent luxury hotel brand Calcot Hotels, whose Barnsely House property in Cirencester has just been names as one of Britain’s top 50 hotels, has entered into a partnership with guest experience experts Sidona Group. Sidona will be delivering its acclaimed Service Leadership Training Programme to Calcot’s senior management team as part of the hotel group’s innovative Hotel Academy. The 12-month programme will focus on Emotional Intelligence and collaboration and how this develops the guest experience.

The Calcot Hotel’s Academy is a five-levelled training programme available to members of the team from all departments and across all businesses. Sidona will be delivering the Level 4 Service Leadership stage throughout 2013. Level 4 is one of the most advanced management training courses within the Academy and focuses on empowering team leaders to provide exceptional guest experiences and a superior work environment by honing Emotional Intelligence, mentoring and motivational skills. The training is led by Sidona Group founders Anne and Derek Blackburn.
