Despite high fixed rents and increasing utility costs, Madame Vacances is pleased to announce it’s in a strong position as it celebrates its 20th Birthday. Many others have fallen by the wayside over the last few years. The company was founded by Roger Borne and Richard Green in the autumn of 1991. The early years were spent expanding in the top ski resorts. Some properties are fully owned by the company, others operating a lease back scheme with owners where the company provides the management and commercialization of the properties. Recently the company has been approached on behalf of other management companies who are struggling and needing help selling or managing their properties.

The company is offering hundreds of free holidays for clients to celebrate its birthday. For example if you have a newborn baby this autumn between 15/09-31/10, the company will give you a free week’s holiday accommodation in 2012. Conditions apply. Many other birthday promotions are also ongoing, including entry to win a car with every booking. The celebrations start on 15/09 and end 31/10. All prices for next summer are staying at this year’s rates until the end of the celebrations.
The company has extensive coverage in all the major ski resorts in France with 2-4* hotels from b&b to fully inclusive as well as over 100 piste-side chalets and many residences.
