The iconic Delano brand, launched in Miami in 1995, is opening in the city with its first Maison, Maison Delano Paris. Katara Hospitality associated with Ennismore to give life to the very first Maison Delano hotel, located at 4 rue d’Anjou, in a former 18th-century private mansion. Designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, the hotel features 56 rooms including 19 suites, a vibrant French-Andalusian restaurant by Chef Dani Garcia nestled in the historic and stunning courtyard, and a beautiful cocktail bar.

The Delano Miami has long been the most sought-after hotel for travellers seeking a unique experience. With the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication, Maison Delano distils a unique philosophy, which will seduce Delano afficionados and a new generation of guests searching for the Delano experience.

Chadi Farhat, Global brand COO for Delano, and Head of Asia Pacific & Middle East for Ennismore declares : “The opening of the first Maison Delano in Paris marks the start of an exciting new future for the iconic Delano Brand. Nestled perfectly in the heart of the city, Maison Delano Paris will breathe new life into this stunning historic building & courtyard and we’re particularly excited to have collaborated with culinary master Dani Garcia to bring a new restaurant concept to Paris. We can’t wait to reignite the love that so many people have for this legacy brand.”

Ideally located in the Faubourg Saint Honoré, the vibrant heart of Parisian luxury, Maison Delano Paris celebrates Delano’s history and soul: everything is effortless, personalised and understated and nothing is pretentious. A bustling cocoon where guests can be their authentic selves with a mix of conviviality and sophistication, all with the trust of ultimate discretion. Maison Delano Paris is a hotel like no other, offering a new landmark for Parisians and travellers, creating a place to feel revived.

With 56 keys including 19 suites, Maison Delano Paris is a 5-star luxury hotel, offering high-quality services for each of its categories. The 19 Suites are divided into several categories, 14 Junior Suites, three Deluxe Suites, a Grand Prestige Suite and a Grand Historic Suite which combined, become the unique Maison Delano Presidential Suite.

Offering spacious interiors, the rooms and suites of Maison Delano Paris have been designed by interior designer Lázaro Rosa Violán as true cocoons of relaxation. Light tones, shades of white, beige and grey contrasting with the green of the velvet benches, and elegant furniture in dark wood create a peaceful atmosphere. The famous Delano sheer, in white linen, adorns the windows and brings intimacy to the glazed bathrooms opening onto certain rooms and suites.

Surrounding and within the large courtyard, a new restaurant concept created by three Michelin-star Chef Dani Garcia, one of the most influential chefs today, will welcome guests and Parisians throughout the day. Named La Chambre Bleue in reference to Pablo Picasso’s painting, the restaurant will invite guests to a Mediterranean journey through fresh fish, seafood and other sophisticated Iberian specialities. La Chambre Bleue experience by Dani Garcia begins with a series of starters that give pride of place to oysters, but also to Iberian acorn-fed ham, anchovies & sardines, fried squid, or lobster salpicón. Then come dishes honouring the Spanish register such as paellas, octopus, txuleta, chicken, as well as other Mediterranean specialties, such as baked sea bass. The desserts are also an invitation to delight that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Maison Delano will also be home to the Delano Bar, an intimate cocktail bar with its own street access. An alternative place with an ultra-sophisticated aesthetic, the Delano Bar opens its doors daily from 5 p.m. to guests and passing visitors to offer them one of the city’s most daring cocktails, drinks and tapas experiences.
