Marriott Residences appoints Luxury Media Experts NMG Network to launch its first global multichannel experience

Introduced first as a premium publication, HEREIN, will appeal to residents and real estate buyers around the globe who enjoy a lifestyle that is truly distinct, enhancing their lives with luxurious amenities and sophisticated style found at world-class hotels and resorts.

NEW YORK, NY – NMG Network, the leading creator of custom media experiences for luxury and leisure travel, hospitality, and premium residential partners, has been selected by Marriott Residences to develop a new multichannel media program exclusively for the world’s most trusted residential operator.

Introduced first as a premium publication, HEREIN, will appeal to residents and real estate buyers around the globe who enjoy a lifestyle that is truly distinct, enhancing their lives with luxurious amenities and sophisticated style found at world-class hotels and resorts.

Starting this fall, issues of HEREIN will be delivered to current owners of Marriott Residences and today’s most discerning and sophisticated consumers, as well as developers behind some of the most exciting properties rising up in exciting destinations, including Bodrum, Cairo, Costa Rica, Dubai, Istanbul, Miami, New York City, Saigon and Tokyo.

There are 107 open Marriott International branded residences worldwide affiliated with 16 distinct luxury and premium brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, EDITION, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, Autograph Collection and Westin.

Throughout the partnership, NMG will oversee content development, production and advertising sales for Marriott Residences’ inaugural publication, enabling marketers to connect directly with today’s most affluent and selective consumer.

“We’re pleased to announce the launch of HEREIN, created exclusively for homeowners of Marriott branded residences located around the world,” said Dana Jacobsohn, Chief Development Officer, U.S. Luxury Brands and Global Mixed-Use for Marriott Residences. “In partnership with NMG Network, our new lifestyle publication will showcase the most desirable destinations around the world, beautiful interior design, wellness trends, culinary experiences and other facets of the luxury lifestyle owners experience every day across our diverse portfolio of residential communities.”

Marriott Residences’ HEREIN media program further expands NMG Network’s national and global reach, especially among influential audiences. It already has launched custom industry leading content channels for iconic luxury and lifestyle hotels in Hawaii and California and has experience working with upscale residences through PALM, a brand it created exclusively for Park Lane Ala Moana, the most exclusive address in Honolulu.

NMG’s multi-Emmy Award winning channels are curated with content that builds brand affinity and purchase intent, and its highly targeted omnichannel approach to storytelling provides partners with the opportunity to connect with the most sophisticated and sought after consumers where they prefer to engage with content that authentically informs, inspires and entertains.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Marriott Residences on this exciting new global media program,” said Jason Cutinella, founder and CEO of NMG Network. “As the leader in branded residences, Marriott exemplifies the kind of partner we always look for — one that’s creative, collaborative and understands the true value of great storytelling as an extension of its brand marketing. This new media channel will support how Marriott communicates with its most valuable client base while appealing to a highly sought after audience who seeks out the best experiences. We couldn’t be happier to work on HEREIN together.”
