Mercedes-Benz and JOI-Design create the first Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser residences in London and Singapore

Flowing, tactile surfaces, Mercedes-Benz style: the headboard flows seamlessly into the gleaming silver bedside tables, while the slightly recessed base makes the bed seem to float above the ground. Soft, indirect lighting creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

Commissioned by Mercedes-Benz Style and Singapore-based global Frasers Hospitality Group, the luxurious serviced residences located in London’s Kensington celebrated their official opening at the end of last year, whilst those in Singapore have just debuted. The Stuttgart vehicle manufacturer drew upon the services of leading international interior design specialist JOI-Design from Hamburg to bring the residences to life.

LONDON – With picturesque views overlooking the private, two acre parkland of London’s Stanhope Gardens, the exclusive collection of six spacious, elegant apartments within Fraser Suites Kensington was conceived and created in close cooperation between Mercedes-Benz Style, the manufacturer’s product design division, and JOI-Design as part of a pilot project based on the Mercedes-Benz design philosophy. The company further extended its portfolio of premium business apartments in collaboration with leading global award-winning hospitality group, Frasers Hospitality, with this month’s opening of nine Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser apartments in Singapore, which have also been designed and furnished by Mercedes Benz Style in cooperation with JOI-Design.

The creative minds of JOI-Design and Mercedes-Benz shared the vision that the interiors would combine clear, simple lines, supreme quality and the latest in media technology – a comfortable home away from home for Fraser Suites’ sophisticated and well-travelled business guests.

As well as a bright and inviting combined living and dining area, the residences enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. Glossy black contrasts with elegant shimmering silver, imparting a feel of uniquely contemporary luxury and perfection immediately upon entry. Sculptural furniture, atmospheric lighting and high-tech entertainment technology make these longstay apartments a truly relaxing experience that indulges all the senses.
