With a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, each dish celebrates the rich flavours of the region with locally sourced ingredients and a focus on sharing. At nyn, traditional recipes are blended with contemporary interpretations, and understated elegance with culinary creativity.

MOSA Beach Bar Inspired from Ancient Greek meaning muse

mosa is situated on the beach, with views of the expansive sea, sandy beach and secluded coves nestled along the coastline. The intimate setting and laid-back atmosphere welcomes guests to discover their inner muse while sampling a selection of nibbles, artisan cocktails and local wines.

Other authentic food and drink experiences at Minos Palace include the option for private dining where guests can indulge in five different menus from an idyllic setting at the private beach or in the herbal garden; private wine tours at one of Crete’s prestigious wineries with tailor-made wine tastings and food pairings; and a chance to visit the traditional village of Kritsa, to meet with Women in Action, a female-led cooperative, who maintain traditional culinary creations where guests can learn how to make traditional Cretan pastries, with recipes passed on down the generations.
