New Dublin property adds to Synergy’s flourishing EMEA apartment portfolio

The addition of new serviced apartment block Synergy St Stephen’s Green bolsters the company’s operational presence across the Irish capital and European commercial hub.

DUBLIN, IE – Synergy Global Housing (Synergy) announced the opening of its new Dublin property, Synergy St Stephen’s Green. The announcement marks Synergy’s fifth property opening across EMEA in the last 12 months as the company’s international presence continues to grow exponentially.
The opening of St Stephen’s Green comes as a result of increased demand for serviced apartments in Dublin as a consequence of increased commercial activity in the capital during recent years. Firms across technology, finance, accounting and pharmaceutical industries make up some of the largest organisations to set up a European base in Dublin in the last decade.
“Synergy is committed to growing its operational presence in line with our clients’ ever-evolving business travel, mobility and overall organisational objectives” said Robert Alley, EVP International. “Having experienced first-hand the exponential growth in demand for serviced apartments across Dublin, Synergy has been prioritising purposeful, strategic apartment acquisition which complement the requirements and objectives of our clients’ business travel and mobility programmes. Synergy St Stephen’s Green is just one example of that.”
In line with the serviced apartment company’s objectives to optimise its guests’ comfort, convenience and productivity when they travel for business, Synergy St Stephen’s Green has been strategically chosen due to its location, which is adjacent to central commercial hub St Stephen’s Green. The apartments are also just steps from the array of retail, restaurants, bars, and green space of the neighbourhood. Nearby public transport options will shuttle guests to the Dublin Docklands and Ballsbridge Embassy Belt in less than 30 minutes.
Synergy St Stephen’s Green comprises a mix of bright one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, in addition to a one-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex apartment which features its own ergonomic office-set up and external courtyard. Guests will enjoy king-sized beds, a fully- equipped kitchen, spacious living area and bathroom with a rainfall shower—all of which come with exemplary high-quality finishes following the property renovation in 2021. The property also comes with a 24-hour dedicated on-site security presence and secure apartment access.
Of the announcement, Nigel Carter, who is responsible for the growth of Synergy’s property portfolio across EMEA said “property offerings like Synergy St Stephen’s Green are high on the agenda for Synergy as we continue to place great emphasis on the safety, comfort, convenience, and of course productivity of our guests. In doing so, we’re shoring up our ability to provide that frictionless, end-to-end experience our clients are looking for as they seek to streamline their travel and mobility programmes”.
The opening of Synergy St Stephen’s Green comes at the heels of multiple apartment openings across Dublin, London and Munich after Carter joined the company in 2022 as part of the organisation’s growth strategy.
Synergy continues to grow its portfolio on a global scale, with additional properties having recently opened in Phoenix, AZ and Washington DC in the United States.
