New green pearl in Seefeld, Tyrol: Hotel Klosterbräu

Klosterbräu in Seefeld is the latest addition to Green Pearls. The Tyrolean wellness hotel Klosterbräu boasts more than 500 years of history. It is alsothe story of seven generations of the Seyrling family.

The Seyrling family describes their ambitions for themselves and their hotel, saying they think and act in generations. Employees and nature are shown respect quite naturally. The hotel's own solar power system is capable of generating a large amount of electricity. The dishes at the hotel are made with regional products, many of which come from the hotel's own "vegetarian" farm. The hotel is a member of the Klimabündnis Tirol (Tyrol Climate Alliance).
