Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is the name of the hotel that is opening in the summer of 2019 with 198 rooms.
In 2019, a new affordable hotel is opening in Copenhagen when Zleep Hotels opens a 198-room hotel in cooperation with ATP Real Estate. The hotel is to be situated on Hannemanns Alle, neighboring Royal Arena. Orestad metro station is just around the corner, ensuring easy connection to central Copenhagen, Field’s shopping center, Bella Center, and Copenhagen Airport. The huge growth expectations in Orestad and Copenhagen increase the need for hotel capacity, and the new project is a valuable addition to Zleep Hotels.
Modern and affordable hotel in Copenhagen
Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is the name of the hotel that is opening in the summer of 2019 with 198 rooms. ATP Real Estate is opening the hotel with Zleep Hotels as operator to offer a competitive product in an area where demand is steadily increasing. A bar will be available in the lounge and reception area so that concert goers and all other guests can enjoy a drink in comfortable surroundings. A parking garage is being built next to the hotel and the arena, making it easy to get to and from by car.
Ideal location for hotel
The area surrounding Royal Arena in Copenhagen is rapidly developing. The hotel is located in an exciting place as new office buildings, private housing, tourist attractions and shopping opportunities are being developed. The plan for the city area is, among other things, highly focused on infrastructure, which will ensure strong conditions for future guests. The hotel will be close to a metro station, the highway, Copenhagen Airport, and a parking garage.
An achievable goal
The cooperation with the pension fund, ATP, is proof of Zleep Hotels’ huge potential for investors, whether they are searching for a hotel operator or a franchise agreement. The Danish hotel brand consists of 9 hotels in Denmark. In addition to the publication of the hotel in Orestad, Copenhagen, Zleep Hotels is opening another three hotels in 2019: Aalborg, Hillerod and near Stockholm. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is a step in the right direction for Zleep Hotels to reach its goal of operating 20 hotels by 2020.
“The new hotel in Copenhagen is an amazing opportunity for Zleep Hotels and a strong addition to our hotel portfolio. We have big ambitions of gaining more capacity in Greater Copenhagen. The market demand has been growing positively. Accordingly, rates have also been rising, and it is specifically in this area where we can make a difference for the consumer. We always offer attractive rates and expect to capture our share of the market relatively fast. The 198-room hotel near Royal Arena will be the largest hotel in the chain and will bring the total number of rooms up to 1,500 including the other published hotel projects,” says Peter Haaber, CEO of Zleep Hotels.
