Newly transformed Holiday Inn Express re-opens in Woodbridge

Hotel showcases distinctive, innovative features and design.

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. – Enter a world where plugs and ports abound, so your devices never go uncharged. A world where bathroom lighting makes you look 10 years younger. Where tons of working surface space and uncluttered floor space exist in harmony. Where the high-concept design of urban hubs meets the friendliness and approachability of a neighborhood inn.

Chances are, you’ve never seen a Holiday Inn Express like this.

Hotels Unlimited, Inc. announced the grand re-opening of the newly transformed Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites of Woodbridge, New Jersey. The recently completed $3.5 million renovation ushered a floor-to-ceiling overhaul of all guest rooms and hotel common areas, including a fitness center and indoor pool. The exterior appearance of the 85-room hotel is relatively unchanged… but step inside, and you’re in a whole new world.

“We’re excited to introduce a comfortable, new, well-maintained hotel option in the burgeoning Woodbridge market,” says Doran Tajfel, Co-President of Hotels Unlimited. “The hotel is perfect for the corporate traveler in search of a superior hotel experience at a competitive rate.”

The hotel common areas and rooms were designed with guests in mind. The new look is striking, but the effect goes beyond aesthetics to improve the guest experience. Guests love the ambient backlighting, the wall-mounted swivel HDTVs, and the furnishings that make innovative use of space to decrease clutter and increase easy access to technology. And, as always, guests adore the complimentary hot Express Start breakfast bar, featuring a one-touch pancake machine and more.

One guest raved, “This hotel has had a facelift. It has a modern look and feel, like no other place I’ve ever stayed. I LOVE the rooms here. Modern and bright! The work space is phenomenal and plugs galore! Also, the fan in the bathroom is whisper quiet. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was really coming home, not just another body with a room number.”

In the words of another guest, “The room was brand new! There were charging outlets (including USB outlets) everywhere. Very modern feel. No more heavy, overstuffed furniture here. The room had a Keurig, too!”
