The city of Warsaw celebrates the Grand Opening of the newly built Radisson SAS Centrum Hotel. This is the chain’s third hotel in Poland, after the openings in Szczecin and Wroclaw, with another three properties to be added in Krakow, Lublin and Katowice.

Located in the centre of the city, the hotel is well connected with the railway station, airport, shopping centre and business centre. Its characteristic facade, which has already been recognised as one of the most interesting buildings in the modern part of the city, has rapidly blended with the urban scenery. It offers 311 guest rooms, including Business Class rooms and Suites, in Scandinavian, Maritime and Italian style.

For business travellers, the hotel offers a fully equipped congress centre, featuring a ballroom for up to 400 people as well as five smaller meeting rooms.

The hotel lobby invites guests to a comfortable bar, while the ground floor has two restaurants, including the garden style restaurant Ogrodowa and the original Latino Brasserie @ferdy’s. The latter is kept in the Argentinean and Parisian tone, reflecting a unique style taken from the famous novel Ferdydurke, written by renowned Polish author Witold Gombrowicz.

Further facilities include the World Class Health Academy, equipped with weight, training and aerobic rooms, a sauna, a steam bath, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. Guests can also benefit from massages, a solarium and beauty treatments.

Warsaw currently counts two million inhabitants and is experiencing a real economic boom. It is indisputably the largest shopping and financial centre in Central Europe, benefiting from excellent relationships with its closest neighbours, Scandinavia, Germany and Russia, but also all the countries of Europe, Asia and the United States. Due to its central location and capital rank, it is a renowned place for business meetings, as well as a centre of culture with a large variety of entertainment and filled with history and architecture.
