Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London hotel appoints PR & Communication manager

Jennifer Franklin has been appointed PR & Communications Manager of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London hotel, overseeing all media communications for the hotel’s forthcoming launch.

Scheduled to open early 2010 on the South Bank, the £350 million hotel will be the largest purpose built hotel to open in London in a generation, featuring more than 1,000 guest rooms and 2,700 square metres of meeting space.

A former news reporter, Franklin was Director of Public Relations for the Fairmont Scottsdale resort from 2005-2009, with previous media relations management roles held with J.W. Marriott, the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) and the Arizona Office of Tourism. She returned to the UK in 2009 to take up her new role.
