The fresh and bright rooms feature an exquisite minimalist design, while still retaining the Mallorcan essence that characterises the resort. The repositioning of the resort also includes details such as improvements to the digital customer experience, locally sourced amenities and an enhanced level of service quality. The improvements are a further demonstration of the PortBlue Hotel Group commitment to both sustainability and supporting local businesses.
New risk-prevention measures have also been taken to guarantee the well-being of staff, such as the replacement of traditional beds with new beds with electric lifting systems in anticipation of the requirements of the new Spanish Tourism Law.
Another notable improvement is the creation of a new MiniClub in the children's play area
to make their stay safer and more fun.
Mention must also be made of a new space on the terrace of the main restaurant, in which the dining experience is enhanced by the unique setting with views of the bay.

One of the highlights of the improvements is the creation of Ocean Spa & Wellness, a 3,000m 2 building on three different levels offering customers the most comprehensive wellness experience. The views of the bay and the Nature Park combine with exceptional services, treatments and extensive facilities to create a unique ambience that makes this a perfect space for enjoying memorable experiences.
The spa has a wellness area with a hydrotherapy circuit, Jacuzzi, waterfalls, leisure pools, sensation paths, three saunas, a Turkish bath, a hot-cold pool and a nudist area. There is also an indoor semi-Olympic pool, 8 treatment cabins, a state-of-the-art gym and a relaxation area.

The company continues to invest in its eco-resort philosophy, particularly in the optimisation of geothermal energy to drive heating and cooling systems, in which it was a pioneer in Mallorca.
