Situated in the submarkets of Grand Rapids and Holland, Mich., Avid Hotel Zeeland is part of the new IHG brand, “where essentials are done right” and feature a minimalistic, modern design available to guests at a welcoming price point. The first Avid Hotel in the Prominence Portfolio, the hotel is owned by Michigan-based Zeeland Hospitality, Inc.
