Residence Inn hotels open in Concord, Massachusetts and in Houston, Texas

The all-suite Residence Inn Boston Concord will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Colwen Hotels of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The 133-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Houston, Texas is scheduled to open this Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

CONCORD, MA – The 118-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Concord, Massachusetts is now open for business. Located at 320 Baker Avenue, the all-suite Residence Inn Boston Concord will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Colwen Hotels of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Centrally located between Routes 128 and 495, in the Concord Meadows Office Park, and just two miles from historic downtown Concord, the Residence Inn Boston Concord offers its guests convenient access to Minuteman National Historic Park, North Bridge and Walden Pond State Reservation.

The Residence Inn Concord is an all-suite hotel that offers studio and one-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.

Located at 10421 Clay Road, the all-suite Residence Inn Houston West/Beltway 8 at Clay Road will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Insignia Hospitality Group of Midland, Texas. The Residence Inn property is Insignia Hospitality Group’s twentieth hotel overall and thirteenth Marriott property in their portfolio.  

Located 15 minutes from downtown, the Residence Inn Houston West/Beltway 8 at Clay Road offers its guests convenient access to downtown Houston, George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston Raceway Park and Baseball USA.
