Residence Inn Los Angeles Torrance/Redondo Beach celebrates completion of $2.7m. renovation

Hotel in Torrance unveils brand new public spaces designed for the new generation of hotel guest while offering new extended-stay features.

TORRANCE, CALIF. – Residence Inn Los Angeles Torrance/Redondo Beach invites guests to experience the inclusive open functionality of the hotel’s recent renovation with the Lobby Grand Opening Celebration Package.

Knowing a memorable guest stay is more than just a comfortable guest room, the hotel in Torrance, CA recently completed a $2.7 million lobby renovation, creating a social atmosphere that promotes openness and vitality while being  both functional and flexible through enhanced dining areas, the great room, a business center, outdoor seating area, fitness center and more. In conjunction with the renovation, an electric vehicle (EV) charging station was also installed. There is complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, keeping both business and leisure travelers connected throughout their stay.

In honor of the completed renovation, the Torrance hotel shares the excitement with visitors by offering the Lobby Grand Opening Celebration Package, featuring a bottle of champagne and welcome amenity to guests reserving a weekend stay with a minimum of two nights, Thursdays through Sundays. This special offer is available April 16, 2015 – December 27, 2015, with the last opportunity to book being December 23, 2015.

Guests returning to the extended-stay hotel in Torrance, CA will be greeted with a more open and welcoming space the second they step inside. The lobby was rebuilt, expanding the dining area and allowing more guests to indulge in the hot breakfast buffet served daily. A modern-style glass door was also added to the dining space, opening to the hotel’s exterior patio where guests can soak up the California sunshine while overlooking the outdoor pool.

Moving into the great room, the Torrance hotel redesigned the beautiful living area, completing the space with an elegant see-through fireplace and a two-story vaulted ceiling feature. Business travelers looking to stay productive can take advantage of the great room’s large communal table that seats up to 10, or get busy in the new business center featuring two computer stations for guests.

During downtime, travelers can stay active in the new state-of-the-art fitness center, which was doubled in size during the renovation. Guests can work up a sweat on new exercise equipment while catching a show on their own personal TV viewing screens, or enjoy the new free-weight workout space while overlooking the pool.
