The new Radisson Resort St. Martin scheduled to open in the Summer of 2008 will be a key in the expansion in Central America for Carlson Hotels Worldwide. The beachfront resort property was previously known as L`Habitation de Lonvilliers Resort. Carlson will be investing over $80 million in the resort including extensive renovations and new construction to create a luxurious second flagship Radisson Resort in the Caribbean, complementing the existing Radisson Resort in Aruba.
