A luxurious hotel apartments concept designed for travellers seeking a first-class stay at a premium location.

Rotana has announced the official opening of The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana, the Group’s first property in Jordan.

Located in the heart of Abdali, the new downtown of Amman, The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana is situated at The Boulevard, a mixed-use development boasting residential, entertainment and business outlets. In close proximity to the capital’s major attractions, the hotel is the perfect address for travellers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city.

The first Rotana property in Jordan, The Boulevard Arjaan brings Rotana’s esteemed experience in hospitality and fundamental understanding of the culture and communities of the Middle East to Jordan. The property adds 391 fully furnished and serviced apartments to Rotana’s portfolio of over 12,000 hotel rooms across 19 cities in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Eastern Europe.

“We are extremely proud to be opening Rotana’s first property in Jordan, which is a milestone for our company. The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana will pass on the Rotana values and promise of exceptional service and Treasured Time to the Jordanian market and will meet the expectations and the demands of travellers seeking first-class service and accommodation at a central location,” said Omer Kaddouri, President & CEO of Rotana.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana features state-of-the-art technology and modern facilities combined with traditional Arabesque design. The property, which has been developed with both long-term guests and families in mind, delivers exceptional services to its guests.

“Showcasing a blend of cultures and home to several tourism attractions, Amman is rapidly developing as a cosmopolitan city and the centre of Jordan’s political and cultural spectrum. The hotel complements the city’s hospitality scene and adds a new dimension of modern accommodation meeting the needs of the country’s visitors,” said Atieh Hamarneh, General Manager of The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana. “The hotel’s location within Abdali, home to global multinational companies, and proximity to the capital’s tourism attractions sets it as the ideal destination catering to the needs of long and short-term travellers and tourists looking to work, shop, dine and have fun in one vibrant spot.”

The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana offers a customised and personalised service, meeting the professional and personal needs of its travelling customers, including the soon-to-open three conference rooms, Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club and two rooftop swimming pools overlooking the scenic hills of Amman. Visitors and residents also have the chance to embark on an unforgettable culinary experience at Cafe Italia, a contemporary Italian-themed restaurant offering mouthwatering dishes made with authentic flavours. A second outlet, Cafe Margaux, which is a stylish cafe presenting a fresh take on the classics with a broad range of beverage options, will open in September 2015.

The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana marks the 11th opening under Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana across the company’s portfolio. With an ambitious expansion plan, Rotana is currently working to develop 50 new properties in 29 cities in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Eastern Europe.
