PHILADELPHIA – The Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport and Crescent Hotels & Resorts are proud to announce the hire of Jackie King as the property's Director of Sales & Marketing.

King joins the full service hotel with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry including serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) where she was recognized as both Rookie Sales Manager of the Year and Director of Sales of the Year. Her career has also given her experience in revenue strategy, branding and luxury hospitality in the Philadelphia market.

In her new role, King will handle all marketing and public relations efforts for the Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport. Additionally, she will oversee group and leisure sales while developing business strategies that drive growth, increase revenue and exceed goals.

Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport is a newly renovated 251-room property located just one mile from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). It is a short distance from Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Philadelphia's historic district and a wealth of cultural and shopping destinations. Amenities include an indoor heated pool and 24- hour fitness center featuring top-of-the-line cardio and strength equipment. Guests may enjoy local flavors of Philadelphia at the property's full-service eatery Vector Restaurant and Lounge featuring fresh ingredients and local beers on tap.  For business travelers or busy guests the restaurant offers Vector Grab and Go with a variety of specialty coffees, pastry, sandwiches and salads.

The hotel's proximity to the airport and convenience to downtown Philadelphia makes it ideal for business travel and special events. The property features 6,916 square feet of event space including eight meeting rooms with modern audiovisual facilities, high-speed internet access and catering options for gatherings ranging from small seminars to conferences with up to 250 people.
