The Harbore Restaurant, led by Michelin-starred chef Sauli Kemppainen, offers a distinctive dining experience that focuses on simplicity and high-quality ingredients, with 85% of produce sourced from Finland and the Nordic region. The menu at Harbore is a culinary tribute to local ingredients, with dishes such as reindeer and onion prepared in creative ways that elevate traditional flavors.
