With over twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry, Smith will lead the sales team with her proven track record of increasing revenue growth and exceeding sales goals.

Smith comes to Spire Hospitality from a long and impressive career in sales and operations. Most recently serving as corporate director of sales for NewcrestImage and Pillar Hotels and Resorts, Smith successfully directed and maximized revenues for 23 properties through strategic, direct sales and tactical revenue management. Prior to that, Smith was task force director for Prism Hotels and Resorts, where she increased room revenue YOY and market share. Smith attended the University of North Texas.
