SpringHill Suites by Marriott opens its doors in Winchester, Virginia

The SpringHill Suites Winchester is situated in Rutherford Crossing, just off Interstate 81 and US 11.

WINCHESTER, VA – SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Winchester, Virginia announces that it has officially opened. The 96-suite hotel, located at 280 Market Street, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by BTB Hospitality LLC and managed by Marshall Hotels and Resorts of Salisbury, Maryland. General Manager Bill North, Director of Sales Meaghan Fox and Front Office Manager Kaitlyn Endicott lead the management team at the property.

The SpringHill Suites Winchester is situated in Rutherford Crossing, just off Interstate 81 and US 11. The hotel offers guests convenient access to historic downtown Winchester, the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, Summit Point Motorsports Park, Rosemont Manor, Historic Jordan Springs, Third Winchester Battlefield Park and Shenandoah University. The hotel is also nearby to Clearbrook Park, Virginia Farm Market, Fox Meadows Barn at Cloverdale Farm and numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options.

“We are delighted that the SpringHill Suites Winchester is the latest addition to our portfolio,” said Janis Milham, Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader, Classic Select Brands at Marriott International. “Our all-suite offering and convenient amenities offer guests a little extra to help them enjoy their stay.”

Ideal for business and leisure travelers alike, the new hotel offers a little extra space with suites larger than a typical hotel room. Separate living, working and sleeping spaces provide guests with flexibility and functionality. The hotel offers comfortable beds, soft linens and plush pillows to allow for an optimum night’s sleep. Each suite also features the SpringHill Suites’ custom, three-in-one West Elm sofa which converts from a sofa to a daybed to a trundle bed – without sacrificing its stylish good looks, along with a stylish West Elm Swivel Chair offering additional space for relaxation. The designated work space offers a well-lit desk space to ensure maximum productivity for those who need to get down to business. The suites offer the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu and Netflix accounts, as well as YouTube, Amazon Prime and HBO Go, through the HDTV.

From the guest rooms to the lobby, every aspect of design, from furniture and lighting to colors and fabrics, has been carefully selected to offer calm and refreshing spaces to allow guests to relax and recharge. The hotel features a brand-new design that adds depth and sophistication to the decor and throughout the hotel’s lobby.

The daily complimentary breakfast is filled with hot, healthy and indulgent choices including fresh strawberries, steel cut oatmeal, cold cuts, cheeses and much more. This is SpringHill Suites’ way of making sure guests have a good start to their day. The hotel also provides business services, complimentary Wi-Fi, same-day dry cleaning, a meeting room, guest laundry facilities, a 24/7 Market, a heated indoor swimming pool, an outdoor patio with seating and a fire pit and a well-equipped fitness center.
