SpringHill Suites by Marriott to open in Wilmington, North Carolina

The hotel will feature 120 spacious suites, 1,200 square feet of meeting space, full-service bar and much more. The hotel will operate under a Marriott franchise agreement and will be owned and operated by Parks Hospitality Group.

WILMINGTON, N.C. –  Parks Hospitality Group, a Cary, North Carolina based hotel ownership and management corporation announced plans to open a SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Wilmington, North Carolina in early 2015. The SpringHill Suites Wilmington/Mayfaire will be located at 1011 Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington’s popular Mayfaire Town Center area. The hotel will feature 120 spacious suites, 1,200 square feet of meeting space, full-service bar and much more. The hotel will operate under a Marriott franchise agreement and will be owned and operated by Parks Hospitality Group.
