Masterclass attendants will especially benefit from Centara’s advanced expertise in spa management as it has developed its own award-winning and rapidly growing brand SPA Cenvaree.
An intensive training seminar focusing on Thai massage and other age-old Thai spa treatment techniques will be held from May 12th to May 16th, 2014, in Phuket, Thailand. Titled the Thai Spa Masterclass, this five-day seminar is being co-organized by Centara Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain of Thailand, and TravelDailyNews Media Network.
With the growing global appeal of Thai spa treatments, the Masterclass allows spa therapists to deepen their knowledge of this natural and holistic health and wellness philosophy and to master new techniques by learning from one of the country’s top spa trainers. The event is aimed mainly at hotel staff members, however, people working at day spas might also find it worthwhile attending the Masterclass.
Masterclass attendants will especially benefit from Centara’s advanced expertise in spa management as it has developed its own award-winning and rapidly growing brand SPA Cenvaree. Nowadays established as a leading luxury Thai spa brand, the “SPA Cenvaree Experience” is available through an elite network around the world, including over 27 spas in Thailand and overseas destinations in India, Vietnam, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia and the Philippines. Harnessing the positive energy of nature with traditional Thai therapies, the guiding philosophy of each SPA Cenvaree is to deliver holistic well-being to each individual by enhancing life force through the balance of Body, Mind and Soul, which is achieved through making time for a calm moment and allowing the body to rest and rejuvenate.
The main instructor of the Masterclass is Miss Nuanjan Paya, an experienced spa trainer with a 15-year career in Thailand, USA, Mauritius, and India. She commenced her career in the position of Spa Therapist greatly interested in holistic health and started using traditional Thai therapies to treat different body ailments such as chronic migraines, joint paint and indigestion. Now serving as Cluster Spa Trainer for the SPA Cenvaree chain, Miss Nuanjan is passionate in training the Chain’s therapists to be the region’s best and is innovative in integrating Traditional Thai therapies into the modern world of spas, bringing guests a modern twist to their spa experience.
“We have put much thought into how to develop a properly priced learning experience aimed at the needs of hotel spa professionals, allowing them to improve their skills in a range of popular Thai treatments,” says Prof. Dimitris Koutoulas, initiator of the TravelDailyNews Masterclass Series. “With Miss Nuanjan Paya as the main instructor, the attendants of the Masterclass will benefit the most from their participation, as they will be taught advanced techniques at the highest possible level.”
This seminar will be taught at the Centara Grand Beach Resort, one of Centara’s luxury hotels on the island of Phuket, Thailand, in an exotic and serene environment. There are frequent flights connecting Phuket with most Asian, Australian and Middle Eastern hubs.
