The Antoitalia Group is entrusted with The management of Baia Dei Faraglioni Beach Resort

After San Pietro all’Orto 6 Luxury Suites in Milan and Golden Palace Hotel in Turin, another symbol of Italian luxury hospitality becomes part of the Antoitalia group, the five-star luxury hotel Baia dei Faraglioni Beach Resort in Puglia.

The Baia dei Faraglioni hotel sits on cliffs overlooking the sea on the Gargano peninsula (the heel of Italy). The bay is one of the most beautiful in Italy, in the heart of the Monte Barone Biogenetic Reserve and conservation area. The bay’s pebbly beach can be reached directly from the hotel by the lift hidden in the white cliff face or by climbing down a panoramic staircase. Standing in the bay directly in front of the hotel lie the imposing stacks (the Faraglioni) the iconic symbols of the Puglia seas. The hotel has 91 guest rooms, 22 of which are suites, two restaurants, three bars, a meeting room, a wellness centre, swimming pool and private beach. The elegant architecture of the building, the plush interiors, the unique location and the high level of service make Baia dei Faraglioni one of the most prestigious hotels in Puglia. The resort is particularly suitable for “romantic trysts”, but also for singles and groups of friends fond of sea, sunbathing, comfort and relaxation.

The Antoitalia Group manages the Baia dei Faraglioni through a special purpose vehicle. The re-opening of the hotel under the new management is planned for the coming Easter holidays, at the end of March. Piergiorgio Mangialardi, senior partner at Antoitalia and president of the Golden Palace in Turin, with Fabio Vigitello, manager of the Golden Palace, are now ready to apply the concept of Italian hospitality to this exclusive resort in Puglia. Their approach is the same as that employed for the extremely successful re-launch of the Golden Palace Hotel, the luxury five-star hotel which opened in June 2012.

The acquisition of the Baia dei Faraglioni is part of a strategy that the real estate group Antoitalia has been pursuing for the last few years through its Hospitality business unit. This strategy is based not only on managing outstanding hotels that express excellence in Italian hospitality, but also on acquiring certain properties, as in the case of the Golden Palace building in Turin. The group hotel management portfolio already includes the San Pietro all’Orto 6 luxury serviced apartments in Milan’s Fashion District, and the Golden Palace luxury hotel in Turin. In addition, the group is currently building an airport hotel close to Milan Linate airport, and launching a specific hotel brand, “Allegro Italiano”, to convey a concept of hospitality focusing on Italian lifestyle, design, and entertainment, and on the best value for money.
