Marriott's Gen Next Cynergy Package refreshes Texas hotel.

ADDISON, TEXAS – The Courtyard Dallas Addison Midway hotel, located in North Dallas, is excited to announce the completion of a $4 million renovation to all public spaces, guest rooms, meeting space and the hotel’s exterior.

The recently launched Gen Next Cynergy redesign for Courtyard by Marriott include a “Lounge-around” sofa, new ottomans, restructured entryways, new carpet and flooring and an organic headboard wall design. Impactful lighting and new hubs have been added for personal technology and soft, tone-on-tone color adds to the modern, sculptural design of each guest room.

“The Gen Next look is exactly how it sounds, for the next generation of travelers,” said Lauren Volcansek, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Courtyard Addison Midway. “The new open spaces in both our lobby and the guest rooms make it easy for the traveler to get down to business or relax and get some quality rest.”

Updates to the lobby and public spaces include the Marriott Bistro concept featuring Starbucks and community tables. Media pods now allow guests to sit in their own space with plenty of outlets and their own flat-screen TV. And Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and an interactive “Go Board” updates guests on news and traffic in real time. The Courtyard Addison Midway has also added a unique fire pit with cozy seating, perfect for gathering and enjoying the big Texas sky.

The Courtyard Dallas Addison Midway hotel is located near restaurant row with more than 150 restaurants within one mile.
