The Villas at Grand Isle launch last phase of development and new reciprocity program

Exclusive Bahamas real estate development sold seventy percent of inventory.

EXUMA, BAHAMAS – The Villas at Grand Isle, located on the pristine shores of Emerald Bay in Exuma, announced today that they are seventy percent sold out and heading into their last phase. The whole ownership development is one of the most luxurious real estate resorts in the Bahamas, providing owners with a home in one of the most desired locations in the world. Celebrities like David Copperfield, Johnny Depp, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have purchased islands close to Grand Isle.

“We are heading into our last phase of the development, which is completed and only have thirty percent of our Villas left for purchase,” says Grant Castle, Executive Director of Grand Isle Resort & Spa. “Our team has worked diligently to ensure our owners have an extraordinary experience the minute they step on the island.”

To add further value to potential owners, The Villas at Grand Isle also launched a new reciprocity program. A strategic partnership with 3rd Home and Elite Alliance has been formed to provide a world-class reciprocity program and access to homes anywhere in the world for a minimum cost. Only 10 of the remaining 22 will be offered at these prices now. The balance will be released at higher prices in 2014. Now when potential owners are looking to purchase one of the remaining luxury appointed villas that range from one-bedroom 1,250 square feet to four-bedroom 5,200 square feet family homes, they can not only picture themselves in their home in the Bahamas but at some of the most popular destinations around the world.

“High net worth individuals want flexibility and mobility in their lives. The reciprocity program meets this requirement,” said Grant Castle.  “Some of the resorts included in the reciprocity program are Esperanza in Cabo San Lucas, Grand Del Mar in San Diego, Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City, to name a few.”

The remaining villas available for purchase will qualify for inclusion in the resort’s rental program. In addition, owners have open access to all resort hotel services including concierge, housekeeping, pre-arrival grocery shopping, the Palapa Grill restaurant, access to the Sea Star Spa and fitness center, and full property management. The resort offers an abundant amount of activities for all age groups including snorkeling, kayaking, golfing at a Greg Norman signature 18-hole championship course, diving and fishing. Owners never want to leave.
