The Windsor Court announces new Assistant Director of Rooms, Hailey Claudio

Hailey Claudio previously served in numerous management positions in Miami before relocating to New Orleans at The Betsy Hotel, Miami Beach EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort in Naples.

NEW ORLEANS – The Windsor Court, an elegant escape in the heart of New Orleans, announces the promotion of Hailey Claudio to assistant director of rooms. In addition to overseeing the Front Desk, Guest Services and Concierge, Claudio will have direct oversight of the PBX and Reservations department. Claudio joined The Windsor Court in June of 2021 and since has led many projects and processes that have been established and enhanced during her leadership. She oversaw the valet operation being transitioned to in-house, the “Knight in Training” program launched and created the Rooms Controller position.

Claudio previously served in numerous management positions in Miami before relocating to New Orleans at The Betsy Hotel, Miami Beach EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort in Naples.
