The Zeus International acquired the lessee company of the hotel Hilton Garden Inn Milan

The hotel complex is located just 7 km from Malpensa International Airport (one of the largest and busiest international airports in Europe just outside the city of Milan), and it is ideal for both business and leisure stays.

The group, specifically, proceeded with the acquisition of the company Malpensa Gestioni, Tenant of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Milan, in the area of ​​Malpensa airport. The Zeus International group was also the hotel consultant of Prodea Immobiliare, a subsidiary of Prodea Investments, which acquired the property from Aquileia Capital. Aquileia Capital, whose Zeus International was the hotel consultant as well, is one of the largest property owners in Italy and PRODEA is the largest Greek property management company in Greece and Cyprus, with a selective presence in Italy.

The hotel complex is located just 7 km from Malpensa International Airport (one of the largest and busiest international airports in Europe just outside the city of Milan), and it is ideal for both business and leisure stays. It is located in a verdant landscape of unique aesthetic beauty which is the crossroads for those who choose to stay close to the city of Milano, next to the airport area.

The hotel will feature 207 rooms, a restaurant with a capacity of 150 people, and a cafe bar. At the same time, the top-notch conference facilities of the hotel, consisting of five autonomous rooms, fully equipped with the appropriate technological infrastructure, can
accommodate a total of up to 700 people, making the hotel the most ideal choice for business purposes, while free transfer to and from hotel and airport is included in the services.
