Switzerland’s top hotel is tempting Middle East travellers with getaway breaks in the Lake Geneva region during Eid Al Adha.
The Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne has announced special two-night Eid Al Adha packages, with accommodation for two in a superior lake-view room at $250 per person per night.
The price includes buffet breakfast, fruits and flowers in the room, a gastronomic diner in the hotel’s famous La Rotonde French restaurant, and complimentary tickets to Lausanne’s fascinating Olympic Museum, which is just a short stroll away. Guests also have free access to the fitness centre and tennis courts.
Set in private, lakeside gardens, the hotel is one of Switzerland’s most important historical landmarks and is famous for treating its guests like VIPs. All guest rooms are individually decorated and boast private balconies with superb views across the lake to the Alps. The hotel has an impressive line-up of restaurants, as well as its own spa offering a range of health and beauty treatments.
For visitors eager to see more of the surrounding region, the Beau-Rivage Palace can arrange trips on the Golden Panoramic Line to Gstaad, one of Europe’s most impressive railway lines, as well as visits to a multitude of museums, art galleries, concerts and some exquisite shopping.
Named the No.1 hotel in Switzerland for a third successive year by the leading Swiss economic magazine, ‘Bilanz’, the Beau-Rivage Palace, was also placed in the Top Ten European Hotels in the latest ratings of Conde Nast Traveler, while it has also been ranked the 11th best business hotel in the world.
