Combining consumer insights with meta search functionality and user interface, Travelport Rooms and More deliver a completely integrated hotel booking platform, allowing travel agents across the globe to take better advantage of the rapidly growing hotel sector.

DUBAI, UAE – Travelport Rooms and More has significantly boosted its global content through a new deal with Destinations of the World (DOTW). The new agreement will add more than 80,000 properties to the online accommodation portal.

The DOTW content includes 30,000 directly contracted hotels in addition to a number of global third party aggregators such as AOT, Bonotel, Hoojoozat, Hotelbeds, Miki, Thompsons, Total Stay, Travco, and Tourico. Additionally, DOTW is dynamically connected to 44 international chains and over 100 brands to access the Best Available Rate and last room availability.

DOTW is the latest global content aggregator to join Travelport’s hospitality portal, joining other major names such as Booking.com, Agoda, Hotels.com and LateRooms.

Combining consumer insights with meta search functionality and user interface, Travelport Rooms and More deliver a completely integrated hotel booking platform, allowing travel agents across the globe to take better advantage of the rapidly growing hotel sector. The booking engine has gone from strength to strength since it was launched in 2011, tripling the number of its hotel properties in the first 18 months.

“Travelport Rooms and More has been growing rapidly in the past two years with over 450,000 properties now available to our customers around the world”, said Rabih Saab, President and Managing Director, Travelport. “The additional content from Destinations of the World now allows us to provide practically unlimited choice of accommodation options and we are absolutely delighted to be including them in the Travelport Rooms and More hotel booking engine.”

Commenting on the partnership, Keith Fernandez, Founder & Chief Executive Officer said: “We’re very pleased with the opportunity to extend the reach of our hotel content to customers of Travelport Rooms and More in over 70 countries where their travel agents are located.
